We all feel lost from time to time. It’s completely normal. Maybe you’ve lost a loved one, come out of a long-term relationship, changed jobs, moved countries or experience a huge change in our lives. These things are a part of life and can sometimes make us feel like we’ve lost ourselves or our way. Here are some books to read that will inspire you and help you to rediscover yourself. 1. Wild: From Lost to Found on the Pacific Crest Trail by Cheryl Strayed

Strayed shares a heart-breaking, powerful and inspiring story. At 22, her world got turned upside down, her marriage ended and shortly after her mother passed away. 5. The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho
